Telecom Operator Public Opinion Management Based on Big Data + Artificial Intelligence

Aiming at the needs of telecom operator public opinion management, this paper proposes an artificial intelligence network public opinion analysis system based on big data, cloud computing, information preprocessing algorithms, and natural language processing sentiment analysis algorithms, aiming to effectively screen valuable network public opinion information and improve the efficiency of public opinion response. Experimental results show that compared with traditional statistical big data information analysis systems, this system has a higher information convergence rate and information analysis ability, and can accurately analyze public opinion trends as the amount of data increases.
